Thousands of lives. Ordinary moments returned.
Every review on this page is from someone who completed the exact framework MisoGo Online is built on. Nothing paid, nothing scripted — just honest words from clients across the UK, USA, Channel Islands and beyond.
Three lives, told in their own words.
The reviews below are longer because the change was — quiet, gradual, and worth reading in full.
Back to school after a year of absence.
I can't believe the change in my 15 y/o after her week with Adam. She has not been in school for over a year due to chronic anxiety and misophonia but 3 weeks after her sessions she put on her school uniform and went in for her art lesson which was what she was missing most.
She was invested and dedicated and wanted the change but this was probably the third type of therapy we had tried after counselling and misophonia centred CBT — they hadn't helped. This did.
In her words: "The program was excellent, despite being short I feel like I learned so much about misophonia and how it affects me as an individual. Adam is amazing and very easy to talk to, I didn't feel stressed or nervous at all and I was able to open up. I've already noticed a big change from this and can't recommend it enough."

A lifetime of silent suffering — undone in a week.
Miso sufferers — I want to share with you that there IS hope. I committed last week to Adam's MisoGo programme with CampMindblocks, and I have to say, I recommend him from the bottom of my heart! In only 5 days (45-minutes per day, plus 'homework'), I went from an 8 at the 'thought' of a sound to a 1 or 2.
I'm 56 years old, and like many people, have suffered in relative silence since childhood (apart from occasional angry outbursts when it felt safe to do so). Having read of numerous successes from CampMindblocks, I decided enough was enough with the suffering. Let's commit to myself, invest in myself, and approach the programme with hope.
Afternoon of day 4 I sat in the garden while various garden sounds kicked off. Instead of reeling off a string of expletives and stomping off back indoors, I sat there calmly, just noticing that the sounds existed. Then I relaxed. It was all ok.
Thanks Adam for giving me back the rest of my life.

"Do you dare hope?" — Yes, apparently, you do.
I'm writing this review for those who suffer with Misophonia that have been fortunate enough to discover Adam and his MisoGo programme but might be uncertain, because do you dare hope?
First, Adam is lovely, and his experience is evident. I had 5 remote sessions over a week, and although I thought that might not be enough, by the end of the week I was excited to go out into the world and use the tools and insight he had armed me with. I've never been excited to put in a new pair of ear plugs, or excited to use my headphones, so hopefully that tells you something.
I expected that any therapy regarding Misophonia would be painful, and MisoGo was not. It still slightly blows my mind that there can be such benefit without more pain. Suffering is subjective, so no before/after metrics from me here — but I will say for sure that Adam helped me greatly, and he was worth every penny.
The most honest review is probably this — I don't know what the charge level is on my noise cancelling headphones right now, and I'm not worried about it.

It's been a little over a year now since my sessions to address misophonia. I've struggled with it for 20+ years and it got to the point where it took over my life. This past year has been amazing — I'll go days without thinking about misophonia. I've been able to say yes to meals with friends and family so many times and don't have to miss out anymore. I really can't express how grateful I am to Adam.
Adam's calming presence and sense of humor made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. There might not be a cure for misophonia but there absolutely is relief! I've noticed a big difference in my triggers and just overall feeling happier. Consistency is key — my daily exercises are a non-negotiable. My only regret is I didn't reach out to him sooner.
My 10 year old daughter has been suffering from misophonia for three years. After 5 days of sessions with Adam and follow up exercises, her misophonia remains very manageable. She is triggered less often, it is less intense, and she returns to her baseline much more quickly. This is an incredible gift. I am so thankful.
I reached out to Adam when I desperately needed help. As my list of triggers continued to grow, I was nervous that I was a lost cause. From the beginning, Adam has been incredibly thorough and patient. He explained that improvement is absolutely possible. I started this journey in March and I have begun noticing gradual changes. Seeing progress has given me hope and confidence that I'm moving in the right direction.
The whole family suffers along with the person with misophonia. Powerless, waiting for the next meltdown, shedding many tears. After Adam's programme — an incredible gift. Triggered less often, less intense, returns to baseline much more quickly. I was nervous about virtual treatment by someone overseas — I have no regrets.
Day 3. Massively educational. Finally, a real understanding of what's going on and why we have no chance of cognitively controlling our reactions. Day 4 — sat in the garden while various garden sounds kicked off. Instead of stomping off back indoors, I sat there calmly, just noticing that the sounds existed. It was all ok.
The optician's waiting room. A Mum juggling beanbags and energetically wiggling her foot. A young son helping himself to wrapped biscuits on the table. I coped. I also realised I was anticipating and searching for the sound more than actually experiencing it. Then I relaxed.
Adam has a lovely sense of humour, holds a really safe space, and is incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. Most importantly, he's developed a series of techniques to help clear and improve the responses we've grown so accustomed to. I have definitely already changed.
