Adam Bucklow is a professional Clinical Hypnotherapist and Certified Havening Techniques® Practitioner with over eight years' experience helping people overcome PTSD, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), anxiety, and trauma. For the past six years, he has specialised in supporting people affected by Misophonia and Misokinesia.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked with clients from all walks of life, including actors, professional footballers, and individuals looking to regain control of their lives.

Adam believes therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or intimidating. His approach combines neuroscience with practical, easy-to-follow techniques, presented in a relaxed, engaging way that makes learning enjoyable and accessible.
